Cancellation Policy
At Eunique Physiques, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure all clients receive the highest level of care and service, please review our late arrival policy:
⏰ Late Arrivals
* If you arrive late, your appointment time will be shortened accordingly to avoid delaying clients scheduled after you.
* Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full service fee will apply.
⚠️ 15+ Minutes Late
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be subject to a $25 late fee.
* Depending on the schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
🚫 No-Show Appointments
* Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or cancel in less then 12 hours of their appointment will forfeit their booking deposit and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
